Refund policy

We hope you love your Naked pieces. However, if for any reason you are unsatisfied with your purchase of full-priced items, we will gladly accept your unworn/unwashed items within 14 days of the delivery date. Sale items and items purchased using a 20% discount code or above, are FINAL SALE and are not eligible for return.

Eligible items must be returned in original condition – not worn, washed, or damaged – and must have all tags and liners attached and returned in original packaging. Please try on garments over underwear and do not remove the sanitary slip.

In accordance with health regulations, pieces that are soiled, worn, damaged or laundered will not be accepted. It is at Naked's discretion to determine if the returned suit has been soiled. If a suit is determined to be soiled, orders will not be accepted for a return or merchandise credit. We cannot send back the order, and will have to damage out any soiled suits.

 

How can I start a return?

To start a return, visit our Returns Page or email us at hi@nksw.co. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. Please note we're not offering free return shipping labels at this time.

 

What items are non-refundable?

  • Items purchased past the 14-day return policy.
  • Items marked as final sale.
  • Free gifts or promotional items with retail value.
  • Items purchased using a 20% discount code or above.
  • Sales and clearance items, including sample sale items.
  • Original shipping and handling fees.
  • International orders


Is there a restocking fee?

There is a $50 restocking fee on all returns that are equal to or greater than $500.00
